Andrea Bargnani, also known as the magician, has been selected as the first pick in the NBA 2006 draft.
This is great news for Italian basket, a moment to rejoice for it is the first time a european player has been selected as the first pick in the NBA draft. A time to congratulate Andrea and wish him all the best in the toughest league in the world. I am sure he will make us all proud!
