The conflict involving Israel and the Hezbollah militias has now entered it's fith day. Reading the papers this morning I am yet again reminded how shamefully biased the world press is against Israel.
It is not Israel that has started this conflict. It is not Israel which for the past years had to endure continuing shelling from the Hezbollah militias based in southern Lebanon, or the terrorist attacks from fatah, or Hamas, or the incursions from the gaza strip, and countless of other.
Israel did not start his, Hezbollah terrorists did. They went into Israel territory, to kidnap and kill.
Israel has the right to exist. Israel has the right to defend it's people and it's borders from these terrorists. Israel has the right to live in peace.
Therefore full support to Israel and shame instead on all european leaders especially on Mr. Romano Prodi who once again has shown his supreme ignorance and total lack of understanding of the situation. Not to mention a gaffe of worldwide proportions!
Whils the rest of the G8 participants issue a document requesting an immediate cease fire, Mr. Romano Prodi instead demands that Iran mediates between the Hezbollah terrorists and Israel.
Iran?
Can anyone remind Mr. Prodi that it is Teheran which is fuelling the hatred agaisnt Israel and providing arms and support to the Hezbollah? Next thing he is going to call on Damascus to mediate too.
